Bradley

Description

After Marmalade and Canon decided to team up and continue their journies together, they make it to the Oak Forest and find a house on its own. Bradley was studying animals and writing in his Journal when all of a sudden, he gets attacked by Marmalade and a sword is being pointed at his nose. Canon quickly comes over and scolds Marmalade for approaching Bradley the way she did, and apologizes to Bradley. Bradley gets up and dusts himself off, a little shaken from what just happened. Canon proceeds to explain to him what had happened to Saguaro, and the fact that Marmalade is lost, and they are looking for a place to stay. Bradley offers his home for them to stay temporarily. He helps provide them with food, extra clothes, and builds a separate home together for them to stay in over time.

Bradley used to live in one of the kingdoms, but he tells his friends he left since he felt like if there might be more to life than just that, and wanted to explore nature further than what he had around him. It is his favorite interest after all. He has developed hunting, sewing, and building skills by living in the wild. He always carries a journal with him to fill it with drawings and information he finds out about plants and animals by observation. He has filled out several journals over the years. He buys them from Allen's Shed nearby.

Important Relationships

Marmalade

Bradley was afraid of Marmalade at first, and he sort of still is sometimes. He admires the progress Marmalade when she trains with Canon. They also train together sometimes too but it feels like if she takes anger out on Bradley when they do. Bradley likes to show Marmalade his journal or tell her facts he knows about nature. He asks her to help him with his garden too, and she does help. He finds himself feeling excited to see Marmalade every day, but he feels nervous and sad when she gets mad at him. He still tries to make her happy, though. He occasionally brings her flowers.

Clementine

Bradley doesn't really have that close of a relationship with Clementine. He hears a lot about her from Simon, though. He gets stressed out whenever she and Simon cause trouble too and sometimes has to scold both of them. He gets more frustrated whenever she laughs at him too. If Bradley can't find Marmalade, he'll go to Clementine to ask where she is.

Simon

Bradley and Simon hang out together often. They talk to eachother about Marmalade and Clementine a bit much though. They both share to each other how they feel nervous around them and about gifts they want to give them for example. However, Bradley is careful with what he says to Simon or else Simon will go and tell everyone just to embarrass Bradley. However, Bradley wouldn't do the same back to Simon. Bradley is one of the many victims of Simon's pranks. He gets upset over them and sometimes even sheds tears if it has to do with something he fears. Simon just laughs at him for it more though.

Canon

Bradley thinks Canon is admirable and kind. He appreciates the company and help Canon brought to him, especially after living alone in the forest for some years. He likes to train with Canon to sharpen his skills more, since he hasn't gotten training with another person in a long time. Canon is one of two people Bradley always goes to to talk about any issues he might has since he trusts him.

Judith

Bradley hangs out in Judith's workshop a lot, especially because of Chimalli. He helps out Judith whenever he is there, which lead to them developing a sibling-like relationship. Bradley feels comfortable talking to Judith about any concerns he has. He's also glad she is someone he can leave Chimalli to. He wishes Judith could tease him a little less, but he appreciates the words she can offer.

Chimalli

Bradley found Chimalli in the Oak Forest further towards the border to Manzana Kingdom when he was hunting for food to bring back to the group. He brought Chimalli home since he was just a kid that seemed afraid and lost, especially since Chimalli was the one who insisted on going with Bradley. Bradley treats Chimalli like his little brother. Bradley likes to make warm clothes for Chimalli to wear for the nighttime. They share Bradley's home since Chimalli refused to be with anyone else for the nighttime. If Bradley is busy, he leaves Chimalli at Judith's workshop.
